What is the reasoning behind a coach telling a player they will offer at a certain point as opposed to just offering immediately?

Yes. They have to evaluate which QB goes in front of the others.

This is the first time I've gotten to see Cripps' video and he looks like Klein running, but has a better arm. He is mix between Petty and Russell with the size of Petty, but better wheels.

speaking of Russell and "wheels", that kid's feet don't just look big on his film. he wears a size freaking 15 shoe!!!!
