Week 2 commit stats

Week 2 brings Baylor commits closer to district play and more outstanding performances, but this week Johnny Jefferson stole the show.

Jefferson continues to tear up the field

The standout running back from Killeen Shoemaker carried 40 times for a career high 313 yards.

Chris Johnson played one half of Bryan's 16-42 loss to Belton. Chris sat out the second half after getting a possible injury. Prior to leaving he was 7 of 13 for 135 yards.

Quan Jones scored the go ahead touchdown in a 34-31 win over Denton Ryan. Quan ended the night with 4 catches for 39 yards and 1 TD.

Raaquan Davis and Rockwall-Heath dropped a close fought game versus Richland 21-24. BearsTruth is still waiting on the stats.

Kevin Smith and Frisco Centennial continue rolling in a 42-21 victory over McKinney North.

Taion Sells-Warner lead Macarthur to a 21-17 victory over Haltom City with 6 tackles, 1 forced fumble, and 1 tackle for loss.

D.J. Green and Mesquite Horn dropped a close one to Duncanville, 33-36. DJ had 11 tackles in the loss.

Austin Jupe and SA East Central lost to SA Brennan 0-24.

Blanchard and WOS continue dominating on defense

Xavier Phillips and All Saints Episcopal shutout Greenhill in a 49-0 win.

Byron Bonds and Allen were too much for Richardson, winning 52-17.

Alfred Pullom and Cypress Woods lost to Langham Creek on Homecoming 31-32.

Travon Blanchard and West-Orange Stark pitched another shutout, this time against Beaumont Central. Travon had 8 tackles, 1 INT, and 1 fumble recovery in the 14-0 win.

Darius Moore and FB Marshall defeated Alief Elsik 15-14.

Tanner Thrift and Hutto shutout Austin McCallum 35-0.

Robbie Rhodes and Wesley Harris dropped a hard fought game Saturday.

Rhodes led FW Southwest in receiving and scoring in the 13-20 loss to Alvarado. Rhodes finished with 6 receptions for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns while also rushing twice for 15 yards.

Fulks and Katy dominated

Wesley Harris was 12 of 22 for 170 yards and 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. He rushed 11 times for 68 yards.

Kyle Fulks and Katy destroyed The Woodlands 63-10. Kyle had 1 reception for 5 yards.

Simo Kulmavilta and Chabot came out on the short end of a 24-45 game versus American River.

Gus Penning and Riverside rolled Saddleback 51-13. Gus had 5 catches for 50 yards in the win.
