BearsTruth and 247Sports now offers text alerts to all annual subscribers.
Here's how you get started and begin receiving text alerts from 247Sports (665-55).
If you are an active ANNUAL subscriber to BearsTruth, get text alerts by the following steps:
No. 1. Click on the "My Account" link located at the top right in your home site horizontal navigation strip.
No. 2. Enter your "username" and "password" to verify your account.
No. 3. Click on the "Alerts" link located in the horizontal nav under "Settings"
No. 4. Enter your active mobile number where you would like to receive the text alerts.
No. 5. Check the box indicating which specific alerts you wish to receive. Example: BearsTruth
No. 6. Click "Save"
If you are an active MONTHLY subscriber to BearsTruth, get text alerts by the following steps:
No. 1. First, you will need to UPGRADE your monthly subscription to an ANNUAL subscription.
No. 2. Click the "Upgrade" link/tab located at the top right of the site. The upgrade box is marked in green.
No. 3. Upgrade your account.
No. 4. After completing the Upgrade process, you will need to sign up for text alerts.
No. 5. Click on the "Alerts" link located in the horizontal nav under "Settings" (Located in the "My Accounts" section: See above)
No. 6. Enter your active mobile number where you would like to receive text alerts.
No. 7. Check the box indicating which specific alerts you wish to receive. Example: BearsTruth
No. 8. Click "Save"
Remember, Text Alerts are available only to Annual subscribers to BearsTruth and 247Sports.
