Baylor landed the highest rated Waco player in the class of 2013 today when Andrew Billings chose the Baylor Bears over Texas and TCU on David Smoak's radio show.
The 2013 DT credited his parents with slowing down the process and keeping him level headed during the process.
His relationship with the Baylor coaches won him over in the end.
His commitment secures a top 25 national class for the Bears if all commitments sign letters of intent to Baylor as expected tomorrow.
