Hi Guys,

We have secured an area .95 miles from the Alamo Bowl to tailgate in.

The address is 1305 E Houston St.

Our gameplan has changed a bit and here are the details:

1) There is room for 45 tailgate spots. (Suggested contribution is $75).

2) There are 30 additional parking only spots available. (Suggested contribution is $40).

3) There are 6-7 spots available for RV's, depending on size. These spots can be used through the weekend, if desired. (Suggested contribution is $200).

We will have food available (menu to be determined based on interest) and we plan to have beer on tap available. (Suggested contribution is $10 per head for wak-ups).

There are indoor restrooms available for use.

We will have security on site.

The tailgate starts Thursday, 29 Dec, 2011 at approximately 11 a.m. and will run until we collectively decide it's over, which will be a minimum of gametime.

There will be an 8 person shuttle available to/from the Alamo Bowl at a cost of $5 per trip, per head.

The cost for the lease of the area and the anticipated food/beverages is $5,800. All contributions will go to hopefully offset this cost.

We would like to have any contributions ahead of time, if possible, simply because we have to pay ahead of time.
