actually, things are kind of still all over the map. the Big 12 has a statement up on their website saying that the BOD has unanimously decided to invite TCU to join the conference, and that's all we know "for sure" right now.

we also know that the Big 12 will stay at no less than 10 teams (Pete Thamel is reporting we stop at 10 but several other outlets (including BearsTruth) are already talking about Lville taking steps to leave the Big East and/or join the Big 12). if we stay at 10, and Mizzou stays, then we're done. if we decide to go to 12, then Louisville and Cincy seem to be in. If Mizzou stays, then we're good, but if Mizzou leaves, then all signs point towards WVU joining the Big 12 as the 12 member.

also, BYU seems to be on the outside looking in at this point, and allegedly UT is already working on ND to bring basketball (men and women) and their olympic sports to the Big 12 "if" the Big East implodes.

Edit: i guess that we could also still add WVU, instead of Cincy, to get to 12, if Mizzou stays, but my original comment was based on the assumption that WVU goes to the SEC if Mizzou stays. Brian commented, in another update, that we could have both WVU and Mizzou, so he's hearing that from somewhere.
