If that's the case, is there any reason we don't use this for some excellent publicity? He and Baylor should together make this extension public ASAP, with Briles explaining once and for all that he see no ceiling at Baylor, that we're on our way to winning championships, and that, due to Baylor's unique Christian mission, excellent education, dedicated and impassioned alumni, tremendous coaching staff assembled, residing in an excellent college town, located in the great state of Texas, members in the best conference top-to-bottom in the country, and incredible new stadium in the works, that in his opinion THIS is the best job in the country.

I will say that his buyout is now among the highest in the nation.

Got the text... I'm assuming Brian doesn't mind people tweeting the article bc it isn't VIP... Someone should tweet it to the dude who was semi-bashing Baylor and saying other teams should sign him away...

other teams should TRY and sign him away. he's an outstanding coach, recruiter, and motivator. if i were an AD at a BCS school, with a Head FB Coach opening, i'd definitely make a run at him. why not? the worst he can do is say he's not interested, but he's absolutely worth the effort to try and steal him. that's my opinion anyway.
