I like the energy so far: 8-4 Bears
Jefferson's hands have to improve- fumbles a lot of balls
Isaiah Austin and a Lamar player both get technicals
Well, early indications are that nothing has changed with this basketball team.
Gathers with great hustle going to floor for a loose ball. Gives to Walton. Walton misses a wide open Pierre Jackson with a 100 MPH fastball about six feet out of Pierre's reach.
really bad defense and we are ice cold from 3 point land
Lamar 9 Baylor 8
Brady finally gets a 3- nice no look pass from Rose
Baylor 13 Lamar 9
Little quick, no? Not saying you're wrong, but let's see what happens first.
...not to mention that the first game after finals is most always a doozie.

Austin doing a very good job on the boards tonight- he has 4 or 5 rebounds
Teams get so many jump shots where our defenders still have their hands down by their sides
Is Duece Bello jogging on defense or is it me?
DRIVES. ME. NUTS
"Early indications" are early indications.
I still stand by the comment. The team has no rhythm. Need to center the offense around Austin.
Baylor 22 Lamar 11
wide open shot given up; Austin answers with a 3
Baylor 25 Lamar 13
KJ Morton plays guard for Lamar
Is gametracker full of it or was Jacob Nubert in the game?
3 pointers starting to fall. Jackson giving great energy. Heslip still in a shooting slump.
Jefferson needs stronger hands. He double catches rebounds and entry passes.

his body language leaves a lot to be desired
"Early indications" 4 minutes into a game are worthless.
Over and over and over
Rose two bad plays in the last few minutes on offense. Leaving his feet and then that thing.
I think I read before the season that Jefferson was semi-NBA ready...I am yet to see anything close to that.
As is this team's rhythm. We play too many guys. Our starting 5 are good, but I have no confidence in our bench. They make too many dumb mistakes.
