This team being ranked 3rd is a joke.
Not really. We lost to Stanford and UCONN hasnt lost. Now, we did not have O for about 9/10ths of the Stanford game and we did lose by 2. I think we put everyone on notice that we are looking to win it all again tonight.
This Tennessee team is not terrible, they should be at least a Sweet 16 team and could win the SEC...and we are handling them like they are D2.
43-21 No points for Griner for like 14 minutes now

47-24 first points for Griner in 14 mins
47-26 Griner getting a rest
49-26 on 2 FTs for Sims
51-26 on the runner from Sims 14 to go
54-26 on another 3 for Nae Nae
Just fun to watch. Love this mulkey team, could watch them any night. It's the exact opposite energy and attitude of our men's team. Our women's team has bigger nuts than the men do. It's just sad.
54-30 Griner still resting
The worst thing that happened to the rest of the teams is O missing the Standord game. Now BU has a chip on their shoulders. Fun to watch.
Griner has been pretty poor on the offensive end tonight...that we lead by 23 is incredible. NaeNae having one whale of a game.
Full transparency; I have had a few drinks tonight.
Has mulkey been looking a lot better thus season? Is it just me?
She's got a new haircut (from my wife) but she is looking more polished.
61-39. FTR we clearly let up in this half. We sat Griner for about 6 minutes, lots of Prince
what qualifies as a few
65-41 and Im pretty sure Prince put up 4 misses on that last sequence, maybe 5.
70-48 but we have packed it in. Griner is done. Sims is done. I have no doubt we could have won by 40 if we wanted to. Griner was pretty ineffective on the offensive end.
Tennessee all the way up to .282 for the game.
Not to take away from the Lady Vols, they absolutely crushed Texas the other night, but they started the season with a loss to Tennessee-Martin. They aren't in the same category as Stanford, UConn and Baylor.
Watching our subs is almost comical. Some of them would be the best player on other teams and the talent drop off is like a 10,000 foot cliff.
Johnson is a good backup for Sims but MUCH slower.
Prince is going to be good, no fear at all...but has to put the ball in the bucket.
Higgins is going to be good. Takes up so much space.
They are #10 currently but your point is somewhat valid. It really isnt about how good UT is...but about just how big the talent gap is between the top 5 and everyone else. The first half tonight, the way we played...we would have put it on anyone in the country, including UCONN and Stanford. The second half I think you saw what it is like to play with a 25 point lead.
