Does this mean Oakman is eligible immediately?

Now that the penalties handed down today against PSU and all PSU players may transfer and be eligible, is Oakman included in this group?

I thought he was dismissed from the PSU program? If so, he is neither a current roster player or letter of intent recruit.

Well if the NCAA penalizes our basketball team for things that are legal now but were not legal three years ago, if they are going to vacate wins from Oakman's freshman year I think the Penn St. penalty should apply to him as well. Eligible for 2012.
