SIAP.
When I went to ScreenTex to pick up my shirts (one black and one green) a couple of weeks ago, they told me the greens did not come in and to come back in a week or two.
I went over to ScreenTex this morning to pick up my green shirt. They said they didn't have it. They called the main man at ScreenTex since he wasn't in yet (they don't really open until 9 a.m.... don't know why), and after a couple of calls determined that no green shirts were ever received from Nike. They never ran them. Apparently the solution is to run them along with the second run.
Just FYI they seemed pretty confused about the whole thing.

I thought the first run was a black only, although they did run 5 or so Green samples to see what they looked like and determine if a 2nd run with Green would be worth while.
That's not what they told me when I picked up my black shirt. They said the green ones were backordered and to come back in a week or two for it.

They ran a few to see what they looked like and there were a few who got to order the greens after we decided to test them out.
The only thing is that Nike only sent mediums and no others sizes in the green.
So in Gramps' case, he ordered a green, but the size he needed did not get shipped.
Sorry for the confusion.
