This is not true. Andrews did not clear him to play AFTER he injured his knee initially, in that same game. He was cleared to play in the following games.

It looked more than the knee to me. On that pass where he twisted his body to throw it back across the field, his head hit the ground pretty hard. I wonder if he didn't knock a few cobwebs loose on that play.
