Here's the deal w/ Josh.. He's trying to break into the league and he seemingly can't discipline himself long enough to get over that first hurdle. He'll get a shot because he's a freak talent-- 6'4 , 215 to 220lbs and can run like the wind.

But trust me.. I'm personally from one of the neighborhoods.. where you have a lot of my brotha's that are freak talents that talk to you about woulda, coulda, shoulda. Josh's issue is he's only been able to discipline himself enough to play 1 season of college ball when he's seen guys he went to school with excelling and going early in teh draft. What in anyone's right mind.. makes someone think he will straighten up. I pray that he matures.. but when you can't get on the field at UTAH a school that... really has no academic standards, is pretty lenient... and loves Juco transfers... something is painfully wrong. I wish the best for Josh and I hope he reads this and proves me wrong... but I've just seen this story before and the end very rarely changes....

I'd say you got out pretty well. Le'Shai was another from a not so nice neighborhood that has excelled.
