I've been to Vegas many times, but have always dreamed of going for the first weekend of March Madness. My dream is coming true and I will be there Thursday through Monday. Any suggestions on places to watch games? Any lines that y'all see that would be good money? I'm sure Ill have fun, just thought someone on here might have been out there before.
Might have to do a teaser on BU to win the BCS.
I'll be there as well along with BearMace. Doing my bachelor party there this Thursday to Sunday, as Ive always shared the same dream as you. Really, really, really wanted BU to make the tournament this year more than any other. This years' underachievement really stings.
I have been 3 times during March Madness. It is great. Last time I went, Baylor was playing SHSU and Old Dominion. We went to the old Planet Hollywood b/c they had huge conference rooms set up with giant screens. Aria and Caesar's sportsbooks were both very crowded and small if you were looking for a seat but really alive as well. I recall the Venetian and Mandelay Bay being pretty solid as well from years past.
My favorite story is twisted. I am at a bar outside Aria after we beat ODU, and a very drunk dude walks up to me and the wife. He is wearing a Hank Gathers jersey from Loyola Marymount. He has two hot chicks with him. He says: "want to see my Gathers impersonation?" I say yes, and he literally falls onto the ground and fakes a heart attack. My wife has no idea who Gathers is, so I have to explain.
Caeser's gets crazy.
Don't catch the clap.
Plenty of fun times for late game viewing. Just take taxis.
New sports book at Venetian is state of the art...small but best picture quality on the strip...Legassi's isn't bad either at Palazzo, it will be packed
All sports books will be packed. I still love Caesars.
I stayed at Aria last week, it is small but nice.
Get ready... it gets really wild. Wear a helmet. Or if you are going to the Aria... wear a bullet proof vest.

I'm flying in there Thursday for a bachelor party. The groom had the foresight to schedule it for weekend one of March Madness.
Caesars. Get their early. Fuel up.
Caesars and Mandalay Bay have great sportsbooks.
Well, anyone feeling strongly about any of the games today/tomorrow? I want to go heavy on a few, select games. See below for the lines. I'm thinking about OKSt, Miami and Southern right now. Maybe ISU? UCLA is a dog to Minnesota?
